Michael combines Slendertoning, Gym and Detox altogether!

Well another week done and I now feel more in the routine and have disciplined myself into regular Slendertoning Belt
sessions. This I think is the solution into getting results.
I have upped the level I am on to improve the results I achieve although I am aware that this is a marathon as apposed to a sprint and the results will come with consistent use.
This weekend I plan to detox completely, nothing bad will pass my lips, going to work hard at the Gym until I can do more and use the Slendertone Toning Belt at the same time. I plan to “feel the burn”.

i agree with what ur basically saying slendertone does work in getting you started with an abs progrom but you must in order to see proper result combine with a proper work out for anyone starting out yes use slendertone but unless cardio and weights are added will litlle effect overall use as part of a workout not just slendertone on its own
