Week 5- Stephen’s progress with Slendertone

I am continuing to use the toning belt, and beginning to see definition. I must admit to having a few days off due to movingmale-system-abs.jpg house but even this does not seem to have effected my progress.

I have begun to do sit ups while the belt is working (on the odd occasion) should I feel energetic enough. This gives me an even better workout which provides the muscle burn which only comes on through using the belt at high levels (70-80 currently for me).

More progress to follow on my progress with Slendertone System Abs.

My progress with Slendertone System Arms..it’s become part of my routine

Progress so far has been steady with Slendertone System Arms. It’s going well. I’ve had to replace the pads already as thefemale_arms_bkgd.jpg seem to have worn down after continual use. It’s definitely working. I’ve also been doing some arm and upper body exercises from the gym, which is great. My arms are definitely toner. It’s really important for me to continue excercising though.

I’ve also gone up another level , which is great. I’ll let you know how I get over the next couple of weeks.
