Riona’s first week of using Slendertone Abs
The first day I used the Slendertone it took a bit of getting used to. It feel tingly and unnatural at first and also very cold on my skin but after a few minutes it felt fine. My tummy was grumblng a little, but I think that was just because I was hungry! I set it at 20-20 and just watched TV for the 20 minute session. Afterwards I felt grand, but I did notice later on in the evening and the next morning that my stomach muscles felt a little sore, as if I’d been doing sit-ups.
I’ve been using it now for just over a week and so far so good, sometimes I feel slightly itchy under the central pad but it doesn’t really bother me. I’ve got to 40-40 at this stage and am hoping to move up to 50-50 tonight. Its been very convenient, I’ve mainly used it while relaxing on the couch. It’s too soon yet to say if it’s working but fingers crossed!
Rochelle’s third week using Slendertone
Whilst I’m not using the belt as often as I should (only three times this past week instead of five) I have still noticed that I have been able to increase the strength each time which gives me hope that it’s having an effect. There isn’t any real difference in the fit of my clothes yet, but I have noticed that it’s not as difficult to hold my stomach in which helps with my posture. Challenge for next week is to also get to the gym 4 times to really start seeing some results…
Blaise’s second week using Slendertone Abs
Week 2 and 10 sessions down. I can feel a fair difference; my stomach feels a lot harder than it did 2 weeks ago. Not a six pack yet, but I was not expecting a miracle! Steady but good. I am now on 30min per session and the top power (99) from start to end. And whilst I can definitely feel the muscles strongly tensing, it’s not painful – I am writing this as I am half way through my session.
.
I am really enjoying the training and kinda look forward to it I must say – I never used to feel that way about doing crunches the traditional way.
Now for the 3rd week, I have also added jogging 3 times a week to my routine, which I think will make even more of a difference.
