Catherine’s second week using Slendertone Abs

Increased the use of the Slendertone to 3 times a day. Morning, Noon and evening! Have been doing it at my desk in work. Moved on to program 3 and still have indicator at 70. Day 8, 9, 10, 11 Stomach muscles’s still sore but have increased the indicator up to 75. Day 12 felt my stomach muscles were starting to get a little toned more so around my belly button area… Aim for week 3 is to move on to program 4 and increase the pressure up to 80.
