Rochelle’s forth week using Slendertone Abs
After much procrastination my gym routine is now back on track, so am looking forward to seeing increased results from my Slendertone when combining this with other exercise. To be honest I have not seen a great amount of difference to date, but considering I have not been exercising and have been continuing my usual high fat (and alcohol!) diet, that’s probably fair enough. For this reason I’ve decided to start my four week trial again, this time doing it properly. Am looking forward to seeing how much of a difference this makes.
Anne’s third week using Slendertone Abs
I’m feeling very proud, have finally after a week and a half stuck at level 85, moved up to 90 the last 3 days. It really does pack a punch, but it stomach muscles are definitely firmer. But I’m really disappointed that there doesn’t seem to be any effect on my size or shape – had hoped that I might have a leaner look but so far nothing! A friend swears by hers and always claims that she dropped a jeans size using her belt, but nothing doing! However, I’m staying hopeful and carrying on through week 4. I’m following the guide and doing 2 rest days a week but wondering if I should be trying to do 7?
Ingrid’s third week using Slendertone Abs
Another week has past using my magic slendertone during a third week..
I have now increased the electrical muscle stimulation to the intensity of 65
and the last 15 minutes I put the intensity up until 70 and this doesn’t cause
any discomfort. I get used to the sensation.
I am now on programme 4.
I find it so great that I can use the Slendertone almost at any time in any
place and it fit in my daily routine.
I hope to be in shape again in 2 weeks..my stomach looks flatter already and I cannot
wait to see the result in a week.
