John’s third week using Slendertone

So far so good. Have kept it up this week and am starting to feel it working. I am also exercising regularly and watching what I am eating which should help me to see results soon. Finding that it suits me best to do 20 mins before work and half an hour in the evening on setting 4. Will try to do it 5 times this week. I am going away for the bank holiday but I am going to bring my slendertone to keep to my routine. I will be back next week with my final update.

Niamh’s third week using Slendertone Abs

I can definitely see a difference in my stomach, before when I lay on my side my stomach would kind of fall to one side but it stays in place now because of my new muscle tone. I was going away for the weekend so I used my Slendertone Monday to Friday for 30 minutes going from a rate of 60 on Monday and Tuesday to a rate of 70 on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I’ve actually incorporated wearing the belt it into a new healthy routine. It takes exactly 30 minutes to walk into work and up the five flights of stairs (I used to take the lift), so I decided to kill two birds with one stone and wear the belt during my new morning ritual. I think that mixing walking with the belt increases its benefits rather than just wearing it while you’re watching TV.

Carmels third week using Slendertone Abs

This is my third week I have had my slendertone. The first week I used it but I didn’t for the next week as I was away but I have started using it again and have been for a 2 weeks. It is easy to assemble together and once this is done the first time everything stays in place. First off it felt funny on my stomach but then the more I used it and got used to it, I found that I was able to increase the power quite quickly. It is very easy to use and it hides under your clothes. No one realised I had it on. You can do other things while wearing eg cleaning or even watch TV. I can’t say that I have noticed a huge difference on my stomach as yet but I will keep on trying

Caroline’s fourth week using Slendertone Abs

Back to a better routine this week, having the bank holiday helped and no travel. I’ve tried to use it as soon as I get in at night while I’m pottering around before eating. As long as it’s the first thing I do after coming through the door that seems to work.The biggest issue for me is still turning up the strength and I don’t really know why. Though the contractions seem very strong when you first switch it on, by the end of the session I’m wondering where the beeping is coming from because I’ve forgotten it’s there. Really should try harder with the strength I guess. I’ve been digging out some of last summer’s stuff and pleased to say that I can still get into all of it which isn’t usually the case so guess this must really be working. I definitely feel that my muscles are strengthening and will keep up with the routine.

Gabi’s second week of using Slendertone Abs

After having a few technical issues with my Slendertone, I am now on my 2nd week of using it. I was having an issue where it was acting as if it had no power. After emailing Slendertone they advised me to just clean the metal buttons underneath the pads and this has solved the issue. The information booklet is very handy though and I was able to find many solutions and helpful hints as to why it was behaving that way.

I am gently getting used to the sensation of the electrodes and am already up to level 60 which I am pleased about. It is very motivating to see how many sessions you have done and the highest level you have reached when you first turn it on. The best advise I can give when using Slendertone is to stay still and relaxed-I didn’t enjoy walking around with it on..but maybe with time I will get used to it.

I look forward to increasing the levels each time I use it and within a few weeks I am hoping to have doubled the level I am currently on.

Ann’s second week using Slendertone Abs

I have managed to add the Slendertine to my routine, it is perfectly comfortable and fits and sits well

I am not sure about results yet – my clothes size has not changed but I am telling myself it is working! I am sure it is having a positive result and I am sure there is more firmness, it will just take a little longer

I shall continue with the Slendertone and hope that positive changes are about to take place

Neils second week using Slendertone Abs

Oops…delay in posting. I have been travelling on business which has delayed my second posting. Normally if I was reporting upon my exercise regime while travelling it would be short and sweet …. No time and little opportunity, equals relapse, but due to the portability of the belt I was able to pack it and carry it with me. With further inspiration from the belles and beaus on the beach, oh yes, my business trip was to Cape Town, South Africa :) I was able to continue my sessions.

I still have not managed to get into a routine for my sessions; it ranges from early morning while rushing around getting ready for work, or while I unwind in the late evening once I have returned home. I am still managing an average of 4 sessions a week at 30 mins a time and can feel an improvement, but no visible sign yet, but I am sure it will come … I hope. Combined with a healthy eating diet to trim down slightly I am convinced that I will be happy with the results. Unfortunately, time pressures of work have meant that the gym visits have taken a back seat recently which I am sure will slow down attaining the results I seek, but I am committed to return ASAP.

Catherines third week using Slendertone Abs

My third week has been great with my Slendertone, my new best friend. I have been using the programme number two at around 40 and have found this very good.

Now I have moved onto programme three for my third week. This was more difficult to use ands I could really feel it working and I really feel that it is toning me up. I cant see any visable signs but I can feel it my self. My tummy is alot firmer and I feel better for it, knowing that I am achieving a firmer tummy with my slendertone.

I do think I could use it more often but I am sticking with the guidelines for first time users as I know myself I am unfit and I dont want to push myself to fast. I used my slendertone while commuting this week and thought it was a great time to use it as I cant do much else on the train :)

All is going well and I looking forward to trying programme for this coming week, I will post how it all goes.

Lisa’s fourth week using Slendertone Abs

Iv been using the slendertone for quite a few weeks now and I have noticed the diffference. My stomach has become slightly more toned. Im seeing the results but it also helps that im more consious of what im eating and doing regular excercise as well as using the slender tone.
I have had weeks were i have become lazy but its easy to just start again. Its a good feeling to work your way up the levels. All in all i would recommend this product to other people but its not a micacle worker.

Katie’s third week using Slendertone Abs

This week is going better but I am still having trouble at the higher levels of intensity.
I am now noticing at these levels I seem to be getting a pain in the back of my leg at the end of the session .So I am only using it every other day . This also may be the result of being in the garden for several hours each day and working too hard in the garden !Lets hope so .
