Owens first week using Slendertone Abs
Ok – first impressions… anything that can stop me having to do sit-ups is a pretty fantastic innovation for me. Been out of training for a few months after an accident and just don’t have the motivation to get back into it. The new belt is slim and comfortable and fits under clothes really easily. I like the recharger too, handy and at least you know that it’s powered at all times. The pads were easy to fit and I was up and running about 5 minutes after opening the box. Put it on and sat down and watched TV…easiest workout ever!
Anne’s fourth week using Slendertone Abs
Well end of the trial period! So far I’m still following the plan, using it 5 days a week. I’m still on program 3, level 90 and it does pack a punch. Ive seen slight results but not too much, although my stomach does feel firmer. It also makes me more serious about going to the gym when I’m using it, seems silly not to give it full effort. Ive enjoyed the trial, and am amazed at how easy it is to use and how little time it takes.
Aoife’s first week using Slendertone Abs
First week of using slendertone was easy enough to use, comfortable easy to fit into schedule. Usually find thirty minutes to use it while watching tv in the evening.
I have been gradually trying to increase the intensity I find that its easier to ease myself into a greater intensity as it can be very uncomfortable to start off on a high intensity programme.
Noticed my stomach was slightly tighter after 5 days of use.
However had a v busy weekend followed by a busy work schedule unfortunatley have had a four day break. Stomach no longer feeling tight. Should be able to fit in a session tonight.
Neil’s first week using Slendertone Abs
I have just completed my first week of using the Slendertone belt. Being an impatient soul, I was hoping for instant results which obviously don’t come. I believe I have now found the right setting which sits between almost comfortable and slightly painful. Saying this, after the session I feel like I have truly had a workout. Reading other comments I would agree that it would be desirable to shed a little weight to ensure that the inevitable results are visible.
The simplicity and practicality of the belt certainly impressed me, and 20 minutes (including charging) from opening the box I was experiencing my first session. I watch very little television and therefore I have combined the sessions with those mundane tasks which are an essential part of life but reap no pleasure such as washing dishes and ironing. Now at least I feel there is some benefit from these tasks.
I now look forward to seeing some real results.
Suzanne’s third week using Slendertone Abs
3rd Week of Toning: Finished level 3 last week and encountered some slight problems. Not sure whether the pads are worn. I have been doing level 70/70 and there was a tingling feeling, stopped it three times and readjusted the pad.
I am determined to stick to the trial as I will be going on holidays shortly. I do sense a slight improvement but not much. Maybe when I finish the 4 week trial this might show a better result. I am looking forward to see how I get on the last week.
Sheila’s third week using Slendertone Abs
Sunday – Was away for the weekend but took my belt with me. Am now using it on fairly high and getting more and more used to the sensation.
Monday – Did it in the car on my way back home to-day – it is great that is is so flexible and can be used anywhere.
Tuesday – Am really starting to feel and see a difference – I have been dieting as well and going for fast walks – so the combination seems to be having a good effect.
Thursday – Had a rest day.
Friday – Am very pleased to find an old pair of skinny jeans now fit very well again.
Saturday – Had a rest day to-day, but am feeling much fitter!
Catherine’s first week using Slendertone Abs
My first week with Slendertone was great. I really like the sensation and really motivated m to exercise while using the belt. I cycled one evening and walked another evening.
I have not seen any visible improvements yet but I am looking forward to moving onto another programme next week and stepping up the pressure. I have faith now in my Slendertone,not only is it helping me tone up but it is motivating me to exercise more and eat a healthier balanced diet.
Patrick’s first week using Slendertone Abs
Unpacked the Toning belt and found it quite easy to set up and use. The pads are comfortable and warm up pretty quick. As I regularly train in the gym 3-4 times a week, I was wondering how the toning belt would benefit me, as I already have a toned abs. apparently it would be more noticeable to those that do work out!
My first session was on pretty low about 25 and it seemed to be working and completely pain free. I decided to turn it up to a higher level and I really felt the muscles contracting, the first session was for about 25 minutes as recommended. After the session my stomach definitely felt like I had been doing some sit ups. I enjoyed the experience and looked forward to seeing the results.
It is really convenient and I could see myself using it whilst doing day to day things or just when I am relaxing. Can a toning belt improve on my current physique?
The next day I went to the gym and continued my ab routine, I felt no pain and was able to train normally. Not sure if I could see the difference on the first week but they recommend 4 weeks to see a real difference.
Randy’s trial using Slendertone Abs
The Slendertone is easy to use and felt a bit uncomfortable at first but I got used to the vibrations after a couple of minutes. I found the routine was fairly easy, did as soon as I got home from work. In the first initial week there was no definition but could feel the muscle harden. Second week I could see slight definition but it was in the third and fourth week I definitely saw results!
In the third week I was still working on the bottom 2 setting but now on program three for thirty minutes and have hit 99!
Natalies’s fourth week using Slendertone Abs
This week I have worn the slender tone almost every day. I have increased the intensity to a nearly uncomfortable level but I am eager to see results. I can feel my stomach muscles tensing when the slender tone is on. I have noticed a more firmer shape to my stomach and together with exercise and a healthy diet I think that there has been an improvement.
While using the slender tone I have felt that it is helping me reach my goal that I set for the wedding in May.
It has helped me slim down slightly and feel more confident in my bikini!
