Catherine’s third week using Slendertone Abs

Started week 3 on program 4 with the indicator up at 80 for days 13, 14, and 15 and then increased to 85 for the latter part of the week. Again did it in the mornings and at lunch time at my desk and then 4 of the 7 days went running with it on in the evenings. Felt it was easier to run with it on then just sit there. My stomach muscles were really sore. But don’t see a huge change in my stomach shape, doesn’t seem to be really getting toned (no difference from week 3)… I thought I would see more results at this stage. For week 4 I am going to move on to program 5 and continue that for the week with the indicator at 85.
