Joanna’s Fourth Week using Slendertone Abs

Week four, has so far been my most erratic in terms of usage.
I only used the Slendertone 3 times, out of the week, due to illness. However, each session (30 minutes at 50 intensity) has prepared me to move the intensity up for next week. I have also compared photographs I took of my stomach during week 1 with some I took at the start of the week. The difference is subtle, but remarkable. Using the Slendertone has defined the shape of my waist, trimming some excess off from just above my hips. There is also improved muscle definition; not quite a six pack, but I can see that muscles live under the skin, whereas before I would never have believed it! To conclude; I would completely recommend the Slendertone to anyone that wants to firm up without having to stop and do stomach crunches. I am a convert – after having felt sceptical at the start – and have been telling everyone I know about it. It is easy to use, allows you to do other things while you are wearing it, and definitely gives results.
