Sheila’s fourth week using Slendertone Abs
Sunday – Did a double session to-day as I am so pleased to be feeling lighter.
Monday – Did another session to-day, even though my muscles were aching, but am determined to get a flatter stomach in time for my vacation.
Tuesday – Had a rest day.
Thursday – Did another double session, am increasing the strength little by little and am getting used to it being stronger.
Friday – Am feeling unwell to-day, bad cold, sore throat and headache so had a rest day.
Saturday – still unwell, but did a session as I now feel guilty if I stop! Will continue using the belt as I feel better afterwards and am watching my diet carefully.
Lisa’s second week using Slendertone Abs
I have my slendertone a few weeks now. The first week I used it but I didn’t for the next week as I was on holiday but I have started using it again and have been for 2 weeks. It is easy to assemble together and once this is done the first time everything stays in place. First off it felt funny on my stomach but then the more I used it and got used to it, I found that I was able to increase the power for it. It is very easy to use and it hides under your clothes. No one that I lived with realised I had it on. You can do other things while wearing it also like cleaning or watching TV. I need to now get new pads for it I reckon you get about 35-40 goes out of it. I have checked and the replacements are about a £10.00 per pair. You notice yourself when you need to replace them. I can’t say that I have noticed a huge difference on my stomach as yet but I will keep on trying it. I think now with good weather and longer evenings it would be more beneficial to the user to take a brisk walk while wearing your slender tone.
Anna’s fifth week using Slendertone Abs
Am going to work to level 70 this week, really need to start upping the intensity levels now I’ve only got 2 weeks til the end of the six week plan. It actually doesn’t feel too bad once you get used to pounding of the electric shocks, starts to ease off about half way through the session. Will need to get new pads at some point though, think they need replacing since I am starting to feel a stinging sensation from the pads, the wires must be burnt out by now!
Goals:
Be more active this week, whether it be running, skipping, long walks… Also to drink more water and eat more fresh fruit. Feel like I’ve had a stressful and busy couple of weeks lately so need to make more time for myself and relax.
End of Week 5 Overview:
I have done 2x skipping sessions this week and worked my way up to level 70. Have put my order in for my new pads so hopefully they should arrive soon. My stomach does feel flatter now but I still have the love handles on the sides. I really need to get back into a running routine or incorporate fitness in my weekly routine somehow! Time to set some goals for the final week…
Michelle’s third week using Slendertone Abs
the 3rd week went well, i didn’t get the chance to use it every day but i noticed i was able to really increase the strength of the contractions. my stomach is noticeably more toned.
