Patrick’s third week using Slendertone Abs

Third week of using the toning belt and I am really starting to see a change, although I go to the gym regularly, I have eased off the ab work, for no real reason apart from time constraints. By continuing to use the belt I have managed to keep my definition!!! Which has made me very happy. I have increased the time to half an hour and level every week. I have felt no pain in the three weeks of usage and am curious to see how it feel on the 4th week.

I have found the battery life on the controller very good as I have only needed to charge it once. This may have something to do with the low level I am currently on but it works for me so I will increase in time. I am on level 35, and I read it goes up to level 99, so there is great potential for my abs to be firmer and look even more defined.

Looking forward to my 4th week as it is the week when you see the real results.

Cathy’s third week using Slendertone Abs

Week three and I am really getting into the swing of using the slendertone belt. I have gradually been increasing the intensity and am now up to 40 which really starts to make my muscles contract – can definitely feel it doing a work out for me while I lie back and read my book…bargain! I read the manual again and realised I should probably have been up to 40 within the first week or so…but I guess I’m just a slow starter! I am going to aim to get up to 50 this week – the feeling definitely gets a lot more intense the higher you go! I am still finding time to use the belt most nights just before bed and am now making it part of my bedtime routine. Perhaps one day I’ll have a six pack rather than a barrel…

Delphine and Guido’s first two weeks using Slendertone Abs

My boyfriend and I got our Slendertone toning belts two weeks ago just after we booked our beach holidays for this Summer. 2 weeks in the glorious Italian sunshine surrounded by tanned and fit bodies. Needless to say it was a real incentive to kick-start the programme.

I am quite fit and try to go to the gym 3 times a week. Guido is not as diligent because he travel a lot on business and he finds it hard to keep a regular fitness routine when he is in transit. We also feel we need a bit of extra help when it comes to toning.
Guido has been using the belt everyday for the past two weeks. He absolutely loves it. I can already sees the results on him. His waistline has decreased by 1 centimeter. I have been using 3 times a week and I am already building a six-pack.
The first time I used it, it felt strange during the first 5mn. It was not painful but a different sensation.
Now I don’t even think about it anymore. We do feel our abs the next day as we have done to an intense abs toning class.

Over the next two weeks we plan to increase the intensity of the belts. We are also going to watch more what we eat to get more out of the programme.

But we love the results so far!

Ann’s first week using Slendertone Abs

Well I will tell the truth. First I found the booklet difficult to understand – and not ‘user friendly’ at all. I eventually found the right instructions and then really and truly struggled with the charging and putting together of the appliance. Each time I tried to fix the charger to the belt it was the wrong way around – I thought I was going to break it each time. Then I came up with a great idea and marked the black pieces with red nail varnish – so that I instantly could work out which side plugged it.The belt is great and it is cold when you first put it on – but no problem.

The vibrations can get quite intense – and I still don’t know how to change the level program – I am now on 6 does it go any higher?

Aaron’s second week using Slendertone Abs

I’ve been in Egypt for the last ten days. I took the slendertone with me and I think it’s the first time I’ve been on holiday and actually worked out while I’ve been there.

Although it was a bit sore on my stomach when I’d been in the sun, it still meant I could go to the beach the next day and look good!

I’m getting used to the sensation on my stomach now and don’t really find it uncomfortable any more. It is maintaining my abs but they do seem to have stopped improving now.
