Riona’s third week using Slendertone Abs
I discovered this week that I have dropped from a size 10 to an 8!
Obviously, I am thrilled about this and am wondering how much of it I can attribute to the Slendertone. It certainly hasn’t done me any harm anyway! I don’t weigh myself and I don’t feel I look any thinner, but all my clothes feel too big and I am tightening my belt a little more than before. As well as using the Slendertone, I have been watching what I eat, but I haven’t increased my exercise activity, which is minimal and consists only of walking. I just cut out all biscuits and chocolate and am trying to eat bigger meals earlier in the day and less in the evening time. I use the Slendertone at 60-60 all the time now as I find it too uncomfortable at any higher setting. I am really pleased to have bought some size 8 trousers this week and hope I can stay at this size permanently.
Suzanne’s fourth week using Slendertone Abs
The 4th week of Toning: Fourth week has been a struggle. Increased to level 75/75 and felt rather uncomfortable. Maybe the pads have been slightly worn I had to pause a couple of times to adjust the belt. Reduced it down to a slightly lower level and finished till the end of the session. Decided to try another session and much easier to get a higher level the second time round. Continued this for the week.
At the end of the fourth week there is a slight improvement that I noticed the stomach is firmer.
Eddie’s fourth week using Slendertone Abs
I’ve finished the four week trail on the slendertone and am happy with the progress. I think that using the system has been a great incentive to do some other fitness work, but even without the extra exercise there has been a difference to my stomach area. I’ve tried the unit up to 100% power but didn’t find it very comfortable so stuck at 85%, but this was strong enough for me I think. I would recommend the slendertone, but only if you’re willing to supplement it with some additional work – the slendertone will tone your muscles, but it won’t burn off your fat! I’ll continue to use the unit in the future.
Niamh’s first week using Slendertone Abs
So I have just finished my first week on the Slendertone Abs system. Being a technophobe, when I opened the box I was a bit daunted by the different parts and thought that it might be a hassle to put together but it’s actually really easy. The only thing I don’t like is having to fit the plastic protective covers to either side of the gooey pads every time I use it, because I don’t want to get any fluff stuck to the gel pads I have to be really precise about this procedure but I’m getting better at it now. Feeling pretty brave I started on Monday with at rate 70 for 20 minutes. I know I should have started at a lower rate but being impatient for flat abs I ran before I could walk and paid for it the next day. On Tuesday my abs ached, when I laughed or sneezed it was agony so I counted Tuesday as one of my rest days. By Wednesday my abs were still sore so I decided to do the routine properly and did a 15 minute stint at rate 30 – this was much milder as my muscles did not contract as powerfully as before. On Thursday and Friday I went up to 20 minutes at a rate of 40 and was able to walk around and do house chores while I wore the belt. Going out with the girls on Friday night I decided to take a day off on Saturday because I wanted to have a couch day. Sunday night doing the ironing I wore the belt for 20 minutes at a rate of 50. It’s too soon to tell the effects of the Slendertone abs belt, my stomach does look flatter but I think because I am making such an effort to fit this fitness regime into my schedule that I am also much more conscious of eating healthily. It is easy enough to fit into your schedule as you can wear the belt while doing your household chores or just watching TV, you just have to remember to keep it powered up from the last time you used it.

Programme 6 seems to be a good step up from 5 with the pulsing held for that bit longer. Feeling a little more toned, may be due to the increased usage, twice a day. Not convinced that the same results or more might be seen if you attended a gym session a couple of times a week. Will continue on though another programme yet to try!
Catherine’s fourth week using Slendertone Abs
Kept using the Slendertone 3 times a day. Morning, Noon and evening! Again have been doing it at my desk in work in the mornings and at lunch time. Out running in the evenings, ran 6 of the 7 days. Stomach muscles’ still sore again and still no visible signs of real toning. Felt a small bit of toning around my belly button as I had felt in week 2 & 3. Kept the indicator at 85 for the week, couldn’t have increased it anymore… Think 85 is my limit. After 4 weeks of using the Slendertone and now into my 5th week I thought I would have seen a huge difference in my stomach toning up… I think you would probably achieve more results after a few weekly sessions in the gym or maybe doing sit ups at home.
Frederica’s first & second week using Slendertone Abs
Sorry this post is combined. Started using Slendertone two weeks ago for 5 days and 2 days stop and now five days again
I felt slim on the upper part of my belly under the breast but the girth still the same. The product is fine, light and easy to use even if when I increase the intensity, the sensation goes a bit painful.
I ‘m going to the gym three times a week and actually fallowing a diet and some slendertone advice (checked on the website). I will keep you posted.
Nell’s second week using Slendertone Abs
I have used my slendertone every day this week. I am now quite used to it and think I can see some positive results, or is this just wishful thinking! I hope not as I have just two more weeks to go to my daughter’s wedding and am very hopeful.
This week I have been at 65 and plan to up that to 70 at least, next week. I am in a routine now and I quite enjoy my daily ‘workout’. It is very easy to use, and it really does all the hard work.
John’s first week using Slendertone Abs
I started using slendertone Last Sunday after coming back from holiday. I found it easy to set up, fairly quick to charge and it felt comfortable when I put it on. I started off on a low setting around twenty I think and I gradually built it up to 35. The thing I like about it is that you can walk around when it is on so im not confined to one place. I think I am going to be able to fit it into my daily routine and will try and use it for a half an hour a day maybe 5 days a week.
So far I haven’t felt too much of a difference, but then again I have only used it 3 times. I am looking forward to seeing how I progress over the next few weeks.
