Jenny’s first week using Slendertone Abs
Monday 11th May – after a long week chilling out in the sun and eating rings around me I decided this was the perfect time to begin my slendertone.
I chose to set it up approx 15 minutes before the evening soaps began!! I found the instructions extremely straight forward and simple to understand, (I usually get the other half to do all this stuff)
at first when I put the belt on I didn’t know what to expect, i was probably a little scared. but I was pleasantly surprised at the little tingle I got to begin with. after about 5 mins I decided to up the anti and increase the program to Level 3. I thought i should be brave!! again the vibrations were stronger and you can actually feel that this is going to be effective.
every night since Monday I’ve booked Slendertone into my evening routine for 30 minutes, I haven’t yet increased the program from 3 but intend to next week.
So far so good!!
Daniel’s second week using Slendertone Abs
“Here I am reaching the end of my second week of using the Slendertone abs belt. I have managed to reach the maximum intensity of 99 on the System abs and now floating around 80-99 on a regular basis (abs were quite sore after using level 99 so the next day I had to drop it down again). Still continuing to use the belt twice a day at 30minute sessions.
As I mentioned in my last post I was trying to reach a target of 400 crunches by the end of the 4 weeks. Just to check on how I am doing, I headed down to the gym (to have a workout) but to also see how many crunches I can do. The crunches definitely feel a lot less tense, and has been reflected in the results…325! So almost there now.
The action plan for the next week is to wear the abs belt during more active exercises, and abs workouts to make the sessions a bit more intense. E.g. performing the plank while wearing the belt should be a real challenge.”
Lisa’s third week using Slendertone Abs
After the first 3 weeks Ive got a bit lazy about using the belt but ive started again and ive managed to work up on the levels again. Ive been using it while going out walking and I am starting to see the results. Im getting more consious about what im eating. Iv been using it about 3 or 4 times a week. I just need to keep to the routine but i have to admit that i tend to loose interest after a while. I just need to keep telling myself to put the slendertone on every second day as it only takes half an hour.
Anna’s sixth week using Slendertone Abs
It’s the final week and I feel there is still room for improvement. I can definitely see more definition in my abs from using the Slendertone belt but I still need to burn the excess fat around my stomach in order to achieve maximum results. I need to keep up the cardio and be more consistent in my training. Will have to wait for my new pads to arrive too so hopefully there won’t be too much delay.
Goals:
To keep to a regular fitness regime this week, using the step machine and incorporating running and skipping into my routine. Build intensity up to 75 and upwards. Eat well and be good to myself.
End of Week 6 Overview:
I have had a number of running and skipping sessions this week and feel loads better for it. My new pads came and straight away I could feel the difference in comparison to the burnt out pads. My stomach does look and feel flatter and toned both from the front and sides! I am really pleased with my efforts this week and I can see that it has paid off. I know that I need to be more disciplined with preparing healthy food and snacks as eating junk is so easily accessible. I also need to keep up a stricter fitness regime that incorporates into my lifestyle, I have found skipping and using my step machine indoors really works if it’s wet outside and when you have limited time.
I am going to keep up the use of the Slendertone belt especially after ordering the 3 for 2 offer on the belt pads. I love that it is so easy to use and is an added tool to an existing fitness regime. I certainly feel motivated to keep up the programme and will continue to do so! Thank you Slendertone for giving my stomach it’s new and improved defined look!!
Michelle’s fourth week using Slendertone Abs
during the 4th week i didn’t notice any difference from the results displayed on the 3rd week, my skin feels tighter though and i’m able to hold in my stomach more as a result of using the slendertone. i haven’t lost any weight from my stomach but it is much flatter and stronger.
Carmel’s first week using Slendertone Abs
I found it really easy to put together. I was a bit apprehensive using it at first and the sensations where a little strange but once I got used to it, I really didn’t notice the sensation anymore. I am naturally a lazy person so the slendertone belt was great.
I just wear it doing whatever I have to do, the washing up, the ironing etc. I use it every second day. It is too early to tell the effects but I feel good that I am also watching what I eat and trying to stay healthy.
Catherine’s second week using Slendertone Abs
My second week with Slendertone has been great. I am using programme No. two now and turning up the power bit by bit. I am starting to notice slight differences in my body tone but not so much as yet. I am still motivated to work out while using my slendertone but I did miss one evening last week.
I do enjoy the belt and no one has yet noticed me using the belt.
I am looking forward to next week and turning up the power and really noticing the toning.
