Daniel’s second week using Slendertone Abs

“Here I am reaching the end of my second week of using the Slendertone abs belt. I have managed to reach the maximum intensity of 99 on the System abs and now floating around 80-99 on a regular basis (abs were quite sore after using level 99 so the next day I had to drop it down again). Still continuing to use the belt twice a day at 30minute sessions.
As I mentioned in my last post I was trying to reach a target of 400 crunches by the end of the 4 weeks. Just to check on how I am doing, I headed down to the gym (to have a workout) but to also see how many crunches I can do. The crunches definitely feel a lot less tense, and has been reflected in the results…325! So almost there now.
The action plan for the next week is to wear the abs belt during more active exercises, and abs workouts to make the sessions a bit more intense. E.g. performing the plank while wearing the belt should be a real challenge.”

I bought the slendertone and wanted to know the max intensity, and it wouldnt work without being worn, so i put it on and turn it up without stopping, i hit 99 (the max)! This is in the 1st day of wearing it…
Don’t think of it as electric pulses, think of it as vibrations and you are more comfortable wearing it…
