Katie’s second week using Slendertone Abs
After a few days away without the belt the first use was at a low power for a short time . I have now got up to speed again .
Using the Slendertone has certainly done for me what it says and as previously I have noticed that my stomach is flatter.
I now do a lot of gardening and outside work because of the time of year. It would be hard to confirm that the improvement I have noticed over the last week is now just down to the Slendertone but it certainly helped kick start the improvement .Possibly it is something to be used in the autumn / winter months when I am not doing a lot of other exercise.
I have not been able to use the Slendertone at the higher power settings as it feels uncomfortable but maybe after prolonged use I would be able to tolerate the higher settings .
Sarah’s second week using Slendertone Abs
I’m now using the slendertone about 5 times a week and have worked it up to 65. At first I found anything above 50 quite uncomfortable but once you get used to it you can slowly work your way up. I definately feel like my stomach muscles are getting a good work out and find I’m a bit stronger while doing sit ups etc. I haven’t noticed any visible difference yet but it’s still early days!
