Caroline’s third week using Slendertone Abs

This week didn’t go too well. I tried to increase the strength and found it uncomfortable so went back to 50. To make up for it I started doubling up on time so use it for an hour rather than the 30 minutes. Does that help? I didn’t try using it at work, felt too self conscious to do that and then I was away again this week – for a long weekend in France – and because I was flying Ryanair and wanted to keep to hand baggage didn’t take the belt so missed using it for 5 days. How about a travel version of the product, make it a bit less bulky so it’s easy to pack? A lycra mesh should do the trick, as you’re not using it everyday it doesn’t have to be as strong as the regular version and you could use the same pads and control thingy. I’d try it out!
