Lisa’s fourth week using Slendertone Abs
Iv been using the slendertone for quite a few weeks now and I have noticed the diffference. My stomach has become slightly more toned. Im seeing the results but it also helps that im more consious of what im eating and doing regular excercise as well as using the slender tone.
I have had weeks were i have become lazy but its easy to just start again. Its a good feeling to work your way up the levels. All in all i would recommend this product to other people but its not a micacle worker.
Katie’s third week using Slendertone Abs
This week is going better but I am still having trouble at the higher levels of intensity.
I am now noticing at these levels I seem to be getting a pain in the back of my leg at the end of the session .So I am only using it every other day . This also may be the result of being in the garden for several hours each day and working too hard in the garden !Lets hope so .
