Aaron’s fourth week using Slendertone Abs

There doesn’t seem to be that much improvement now. I’ve been using the belt every day and it doesn’t hurt now or ache so much afterwards. Although the definition I’ve already got is still there, it’s not improving the way it did at the beginning. I’ve started using the belt twice a day instead to see if that makes any difference but so far it’s not. I’m happy with the results I’ve got so far though and intend to carry on using the belt to maintain what it’s done.

Federicas second week using Slendertone Abs

Still working with Slendertone not doing as much as I would like at least 3 times a week

I feel fine but to be honest I’m not having the results I have been expected yet.

Niamh’s second week using Slendertone Abs

Very proud of myself, I started the week on Monday with 20 minutes on my Slendertone abs system at a rate of 50. I hardly noticed I was wearing it while I was cooking my dinner so I decided to take the abs belt out into the great outdoors on Tuesday. Putting the belt on under a baggy hoody (luckily it is still cold enough in Ireland for baggy jumpers) I put on my runners and went for a brisk 20 minute walk keeping the rate at 50. I’m hoping the combination of the cardio and the belt will speed up the process of shrinking my stomach. I didn’t get a chance to use the belt on Wednesday, and I knew I wouldn’t get a chance on Thursday evening, so I put it on during my lunch break in the bathroom and sat at my desk in work with it on. Nobody was the wiser and because I was sitting down I decided to put the rate up to 60 for 30 minutes. I did this again on Friday, and Saturday I went for gold and walked for 30 minutes with the belt on at a rate of 60. I have definitely seen an improvement in my stomach. Because I am putting so much effort into flattening my tummy I am making a conscious effort to pull in my muscles when I am walking around or when I’m sitting down and I can feel my stomach pushing against my trousers. My black work trousers which were once a comfy fit are now a lot looser. I can fit two fingers side by side down the side of the trousers so there has definitely been a reduction in my waistline.

Patricks fourth week using Slendertone Abs

Week 4 of using Slendertone and I have definitely maintained a level of muscles tone on my abs. I am confident with regular usage, I will have an even better set of abs.

I would definitely recommend this to anyone whether you are regularly going to the gym or just exercise casually. If you don’t work out at all you may not see results as rapidly.

I believe that you must eat well avoid white starchy food and sugar as this will not help your progress. I have been eating well and even on the day I have missed ab work at the gym, the six pack remained defined.

I noticed that Bruce Lee used to use something similar in the 70’s and if it as good enough for him, then it is good enough for me.

There is a choice of slendertone belts on the market, but I would choose slendertone as they seem to have the best reputation and also many offers on their replacement pads on the official website.

John’s second week using Slendertone Abs

This week I really upped the ante, I started off on 50 and went up to 85(which was a little uncomfortable but manageable). I have found that my best setting is around 70-75. I am using it for 20 mins in the morning before work and then a further half an hour in the evening. I am also exercising more walking for around an hour a day around 3 times a week. Slendertone on its own is great but I reckon if its used in conjunction with a calorie controlled diet and a bit of cardio it will work fantastically. Ill be back next week for another update!

Brendan’s third week using Slendertone Abs

I have been using the Slendertone almost 3 weeks now. I tend to use it a lot more during the week and less at weekends as i have less free time then. I am now changing the setting levels most of the time and trying to see how much i can do without it being uncomfortable. I have been very surprised with the results. My stomach now feels so much firmer when i am not tensing and i have noticed a change in definition. I love it because i can watch tv while using the slendertone and the fact that it doesnt make any noice means i am not annoying anyone around me! So far so good.

Rob’s fourth week using Slendertone Abs

The Slendertone Abs belt has changed from being a chore to being part of my routine. I’m using it while cooking in the evening, when playing on the Xbox and when away from home with work. It’s not the complete exercise package, but it has left me feeling more energetic and has made me more aware of my posture. It keeps me ticking over when I can’t get out running or to the gym. Definitely a good way to ease back into an exercise program if you, like me, have been taking it a little too easy for the past couple of years

Aoife’s second week using Slendertone Abs

Finally worked my way up to 68! Was very proud of this achievement as I’d previously been whincing when reaching 37/38! Used it six days in a row and did notice a difference. My stomach felt tighter and appeared slightly flatter. I find the best time to use it is when Im relaxing reading a book or watching something on tv. I prefer to sit or lie unmoved for the thirty minutes. Unforunately my belt for the previous two days has been displaying the warning sign and I am unsure as to why. The first time it did this the vibrations did not feel at all comfortable so I stopped the session. However I used it the next day and had a perfect session. This is when I achieved my highest level of 68. The warning sign triggered again yesterday and I was unable to begin the session. I will try again tonight to see. I am disappointed bout this because I felt like I was on a role and could definitely notice a difference.

Rebecca’s Fourth Week using Slendertone Abs

I have been using slendertone for over 4 weeks now and I am still using it – that is a huge feat for me. I have to admit, I haven’t been dieting, but I have been running, and I really feel like my stomach is more defined and my hips and lower back feel tighter. Now I just need one for my thighs and arms! The one thing that is going to have to change is the sticky pads – they have lost most of their stickiness now – but that’s it. The slendertone is here to stay.

Dan’s third week using Slendertone Abs

Well here I am again, back with my report on the 3rd week of using the Slendertone belt. I have now reached the maximum limit on the belt (level 99), and as mentioned in my last post to help develop on progress I have been using the belt while going to the gym doing various workouts. This has certainly intensified the pressure on the abs, and I am finding it a lot easier to do sit ups and crunches. I have not done another test to see how many sit ups/crunches I can do – but the aim was to reach 400 in one go, once I have reached the end of the 4 week program. However with the extremely good weather we are getting it is hard to have the inspiration to go to the gym lately (twice in a week so far). I am still using the belt twice a day, and certainly feels easier performing crunches and sit ups improving overall endurance, so Slendertone have got it right so far.

In the next week I hope to continue using the belt twice a day and continue to go to the gym or workout at the same time, and fingers crossed I will reach my target of 400 by the end of the week.
