Caroline’s third week using Slendertone Abs

This week didn’t go too well. I tried to increase the strength and found it uncomfortable so went back to 50. To make up for it I started doubling up on time so use it for an hour rather than the 30 minutes. Does that help? I didn’t try using it at work, felt too self conscious to do that and then I was away again this week – for a long weekend in France – and because I was flying Ryanair and wanted to keep to hand baggage didn’t take the belt so missed using it for 5 days. How about a travel version of the product, make it a bit less bulky so it’s easy to pack? A lycra mesh should do the trick, as you’re not using it everyday it doesn’t have to be as strong as the regular version and you could use the same pads and control thingy. I’d try it out!

Nick’s fourth week using Slendertone Abs

So have finished my trial of the belt, and while it has made my stomach feel tighter, there is definitely no visible change at the moment I would say. I would suggest that is more likely the fact that there is a layer of fat still covering my abdominal muscles, rather than the belt not doing its job. You can definitely feel it working, so hopefully once I’ve lost a bit more weight, I’ll be able to see the fruits of my labour.

Will keep using the belt in the mean time though, purely because it’s so easy to use.

Joanna’s second week using Slendertone Abs

Second week of using the Slendertone and I must say its great. I have not been to the gym as much in the last two weeks but have stuck the Slendertone to help with the guilt of being a slacker! Still, the Slendertone Abs has made me more confident about my body. So much so that I pranced around my bedroom in front of the mirror the other day, admiring my decreasing muffin top!!

I usually wear Slendertone at work and my collegues get to hear the little beeping noises as I gradually up the anti. Must say though, it is starting to get more and more uncomfortable as I reach 80-85 but then no pain no gain! I am hoping to reach 90-95 by the fourth week!

Joanna’s first week using Slendertone Abs

I have been using the Slendertone shorts so I knew exactly what to expect when using the Abs toner. The system is so easy to put together, it is literally a case of slapping on the pads, connecting the system controller then programming what level you want! I remember using a system quite like a Slendertone years ago and it was alot of fuss (which is why I never carried on using it!) But the Slendertone is so easy to use there really is no excuse.

Admittedly, I have been ill over the last week but have managed to use the system for four days and I think I can already feel a difference. I have been using the system twice a day for twenty minutes, each session on level 70, and it packs quite a punch! It doesnt hurt though and I feel that internally I am more solid.

Hilary’s second week using Slendertone Abs

Started using my belt just before my holiday so took it with me. Each morning I took a longer walk to buy fresh bread for breakfast wearing my belt – much to my boyfriend’s amusement! By the time we sat down on the balcony to eat the time was up. Now up to 30 minutes at 80 and definitely think it’s working. Prefer to go for a walk when I’m wearing it – feel like I’m getting twice the exercise. Can certainly see myself using it 4-5 times a week – it’s easy and it works.

Katie’s second week using Slendertone Abs

After a few days away without the belt the first use was at a low power for a short time . I have now got up to speed again .
Using the Slendertone has certainly done for me what it says and as previously I have noticed that my stomach is flatter.

I now do a lot of gardening and outside work because of the time of year. It would be hard to confirm that the improvement I have noticed over the last week is now just down to the Slendertone but it certainly helped kick start the improvement .Possibly it is something to be used in the autumn / winter months when I am not doing a lot of other exercise.
I have not been able to use the Slendertone at the higher power settings as it feels uncomfortable but maybe after prolonged use I would be able to tolerate the higher settings .

Sarah’s second week using Slendertone Abs

I’m now using the slendertone about 5 times a week and have worked it up to 65. At first I found anything above 50 quite uncomfortable but once you get used to it you can slowly work your way up. I definately feel like my stomach muscles are getting a good work out and find I’m a bit stronger while doing sit ups etc. I haven’t noticed any visible difference yet but it’s still early days!

Aaron’s third week using Slendertone Abs

After getting back from holiday I was a bit sunburnt so didn’t use the belt for a couple of days. I could see the difference – my stomach began losing it’s definition quite quickly. So, I put it on the third day but because I hadn’t used it it was a bit painful having it on maximum. It felt good to use it again though and I could see the difference the next day. Used it daily for the rest of the week after that as usual.

Jenny’s first week using Slendertone Abs

Monday 11th May – after a long week chilling out in the sun and eating rings around me I decided this was the perfect time to begin my slendertone.
I chose to set it up approx 15 minutes before the evening soaps began!! I found the instructions extremely straight forward and simple to understand, (I usually get the other half to do all this stuff)
at first when I put the belt on I didn’t know what to expect, i was probably a little scared. but I was pleasantly surprised at the little tingle I got to begin with. after about 5 mins I decided to up the anti and increase the program to Level 3. I thought i should be brave!! again the vibrations were stronger and you can actually feel that this is going to be effective.
every night since Monday I’ve booked Slendertone into my evening routine for 30 minutes, I haven’t yet increased the program from 3 but intend to next week.
So far so good!!

Daniel’s second week using Slendertone Abs

“Here I am reaching the end of my second week of using the Slendertone abs belt. I have managed to reach the maximum intensity of 99 on the System abs and now floating around 80-99 on a regular basis (abs were quite sore after using level 99 so the next day I had to drop it down again). Still continuing to use the belt twice a day at 30minute sessions.

As I mentioned in my last post I was trying to reach a target of 400 crunches by the end of the 4 weeks. Just to check on how I am doing, I headed down to the gym (to have a workout) but to also see how many crunches I can do. The crunches definitely feel a lot less tense, and has been reflected in the results…325! So almost there now.

The action plan for the next week is to wear the abs belt during more active exercises, and abs workouts to make the sessions a bit more intense. E.g. performing the plank while wearing the belt should be a real challenge.”
