David’s third week using Slendertone Abs

After getting over my fear of electrocution which was completely unfounded I proceeded with the belt at daily intervals. Following 4 sessions of approximately 20 minutes I could definitely feel my abs the following day, very similar to having performed a lot of crunches. Having been relatively inactive over the last 2 months whilst studying for some professional exams my body fat has increased. I’m hoping that as I am now in a position to spend more time on exercising that I will be able to ‘shed my winter coat’ and that the abs will be lurking shyly underneath. I’m sure I read somewhere, probably in Men’s Health, that the elusive 6 pack is definitely there but hidden by the the top layer.
