Davina’s fourth week using Slendertone Abs

I have been on holiday two weeks out of the last month so I have used the slendertone slightly less. It’s quite compact so I could have brought it, but it’s something I would rather do in private really. Although it’s not the most flattering accessory it was working and I felt quite confident in my bikini. The battery life is good so you don’t have to charge it very often, which I like. Now that I’m back from holiday I’m going to get back into the routine of using it in the evenings before bed…..

Later: My slendertone has had a little bit less use over the last week, been forgetting to use it as much.
When I do use it, I can use it at quite a high level as I am reasonably fit anyway. I have another beach holiday in September so I think I will increase my use to prepare for that. I would definitely say the slendertone is a great peice of equipment, and if you can remember to use it regularly it can definitely give good results.

Davids fourth week using Slendertone Abs

So far so good, I’m definitely more ‘Core aware’ and haven’t gained any scars or wounds or damage in the process. I still can’t quite manage using the belt whilst loafing on the sofa or wandering about the house unless I’m standing up, it just feels wrong. My increased cardio is paying off too so combined swimming and running/jogging is gradually helping my body fat reduction. Still a way to go, I’m not in the ‘leaner than a butcher’s pencil’ body fat range a la Madonna but can see improvement there’s just no quick tricks unfortunately. In summary I am pleased with the belts performance so far as part of my return to a more regular exercise programme following a study induced more sedatory lifestyle.

David’s third week using Slendertone Abs

After getting over my fear of electrocution which was completely unfounded I proceeded with the belt at daily intervals. Following 4 sessions of approximately 20 minutes I could definitely feel my abs the following day, very similar to having performed a lot of crunches. Having been relatively inactive over the last 2 months whilst studying for some professional exams my body fat has increased. I’m hoping that as I am now in a position to spend more time on exercising that I will be able to ‘shed my winter coat’ and that the abs will be lurking shyly underneath. I’m sure I read somewhere, probably in Men’s Health, that the elusive 6 pack is definitely there but hidden by the the top layer.

Catherines Fourth week using Slendertone Abs

Well Slendertone is back in my life and Im really enjoying it again. I really missed it and I am looking forward to the results as after only one week back I can see my shape gradually coming back to where it was before my Slendertone break when I was unwell.

I am excited about the coming weeks as I can see it is making a difference to my life is general and not just my shape. I will definitely continuing until about eight weeks and then see where I go from there.

Neil’s third week using Slendertone Abs

week 3 and I am into a routine. It is no longer a chore but has become part of my daily activity. I have begun to see tangible results and greater definition forming. It is good to see the return of my 6-pack that has been hidden for the past few years. the flexibility and convenience of the belt is its main appeal, and has extended my activity outside the gym,which is of great benefit when I struggle to find time to go for a regular work out. I am incereasing the intensity of each programme to test the effects in the hope of a speedier result.

Jo’s fourth week using Slendertone Abs

I have now completed my four week trial using the Slendertone Abs. I must admit for the first two weeks, I was really dedicated. However having a personality defect (in that I lose interest in anything and everything too quickly) means that the Slendertone has not been used as much as it should in the last two weeks.

But, even though I have not used it as much, I still have noticed a change in my stomach. This is usually in the morning before I have stuffed my face with various foods. I will carry on using the Slendertone, and try and keep to a more regular pattern.

As it does work if you keep to it, I would recommend the product to friends. I think it is the cherry on top in regards to muscle definition. If you are working out and eating healthy then you will see great results. Eat rubbish and slob around then the muscles are going to be concealed under the meat and gravy!!

Gabi’s fourth week using Slendertone Abs

I have really enjoyed using Slendertone and am happy with the way it has motivated me to join the gym and stay fit and active. The results are good and I can see a difference in the appearance of my muscles than when I first started using it. But of course the most rewarding thing is being able to reach a level above 80 rather than level 4 which is what I started on!!
I would struggle to use Slendertone solidly every single month in the future due to work/social commitments but would happily use it on and off throughout the year-taking a break for a month and then picking it back up again.
It is important to remember that Slendertone won’t reduce weight lose, but that by eating well and staying active will assist in the improvement of your figure as well as using Slendertone.
I have enjoyed this trial and will carry on using it-especially in that all important month before summer holidays and after Christmas!!

Hilary’s third week using Slendertone Abs

Continuing to see results, and making an effort to wear my belt at home in the evening if I’ve missed my lunchtime walk. Using the belt at least five days a week does make a difference and all it takes is 30 minutes.
