My silhouette has significantly improved with Slendertone System Shorts
I’m in my fourth week, and I’m really into the routine of using the Slendertone System Shorts now.
Though initially difficult to get used to putting them on, it’s a bit less time consuming, and I am definitely seeing the results!
I feel that my silhouette is significantly improved, and I feel more comfortable in my jeans.
It’s no replacement for regular exercise, but definitely a worth while addition.

Moving on to the higher level programmes as the time progresses is a little uncomfortable. It’s not so easy to cook the
dinner and wear the pants now.
I do however feel that there has been a definite impact on the tone and silhouette of my bum and thigh area, with the Slendertone System Shorts.
The only other criticism would be that the life of the sticky pads is not as suggested, which I believe is 4 weeks, I think 2 for them to stay really adhesive is more realistic.
That being the case I think more pads should be offered at the outset, or a multiple purchase offer price introduced?
That said I am definitely starting to see some benefits with the shorts!
Sharon’s progress with Slendertone System Shorts
I have been using the Slendertone belt for two weeks now. I have now got used to the considerable effort required for getting into them, and have been happily buzzing away while I get the dinner ready.
I have started to increase the intensity now, which does cause some discomfort initially as you get used to it, but you soon get used to it.
So far there is no great difference, but watch this space and who knows what another week buzzing around the house will do. It certainly gives you the sensation of having done some toning exercise afterwards.
Week One, Sharon Slendertones with the System Shorts
Hi I’m Sharon. I was interested in checking out the Slendertone System Shorts after talking to a friend who uses it. I’m specifically interested in trying to tone up the bum and thigh area – what girl isn’t, so have started using the System Shorts.
I go to the gym 2 or 3 times a week, but wanted to add to my efforts!
I’ve only been using them for a couple of days, and on a positive note it’s certainly no hardship to spend 30 minutes 5 nights a week, I put them on while I am doing the ironing, or getting dinner ready.
The only complaint at present, as I have not been using them long enough to say that they work, is that they are very difficult to get into, it’s really a two man operation – but I certainly don’t want my husband helping me, so I struggle to position all the pads myself, whilst another gets stuck in the wrong position. I should think you burn a few calories getting them on, so that can’t be a bad thing.
Once you are into them it is not an unpleasant sensation, and as I say it is no inconvenience to fit into your lifestyle.
I will update you all again in a week, and let you know how I am getting on.
