Riona’s fourth week using Slendertone Abs
I have recently completed week four and I am pleased with the progress I made using the Slendertone. I managed to get up to 80:80 in the final week, encouraged as I was by the reduction in my dress size. Since I finished week four, I was away for 2 weeks without my Slendertone belt, and I must admit that those new trousers are feeling a lot tighter now than they were before my holiday. I did abandon my healthy eating plan during the two weeks also so I can’t be sure, but I plan to go back to using the Slendertone this week just in case! Overall, I found it quite easy to use, once I got used to it and while I can’t say definitively if it had any effect, I do plan to use it into the future.
Jo’s third week using Slendertone Abs
Admittedly I have been rather slack in using the Slendertone for the past week. It was going so so well. For two weeks I was using it once/twice a day and seeing real changes in my abs. Clothes were hanging more nicely and when I wore a t shirt, I had some ab definition showing through instead of the usual overdue muffin top baby hanging out! I think the third week has not been as good because the sun has been shining and I have been out with friends until very late. Then I am tired and collapse on my bed, too lazy to even use the belt although it is really easy and quick.
I have got back into using the Slendertone though after indulging in to much pizza and wine at the weekend, and seeing a bloated slumped figure stare back at me as I look in the mirror. At the end of the day it is a vanity thing, we all want to look better naked and I do not have the budget to hire out Gok Wan. So, back to using the Slendertone twice a day now! I sit at my desk all day and so there really is no excuse for such lazy behavior.
Mark’s second week using Slendertone Abs
Into my second week now, had a few issues with the machine there, with tingling in my legs, just had to move the pads in a bit more, maybe it shows that me waist has shrunk a bit. Up to level 5 program now and finding it gives a good work out, also up to 90 / 95 in the intensity. I find I need to do it twice a day to feel that I got a good work out, but have found that I’m able to do more crunches now and my stomach muscles are a lot tighter. Hard to say on the defined front, but we will see at the end of the 4 weeks. Aim to push up to intensity level 99 this week, just a bit worried that I will want a harder work out, but I will be up to the maximum level.
Cathy’s fourth week using Slendertone Abs
I have been using the slendertone belt for about a month now and have managed to increase the intensity up to about 45, though if I go beyond that I find it a bit strong…can definitely feel the muscles contracting and decontracting quite strongly at that intensity anyway, so I’m not sure if I’ll make it up to 80!! I’m not sure if I’ve toned up much, though I imagine that if I did some aerobic exercise more regularly too (finding time with young baby is difficult!) and stopped eating quite so much chocolate every day then it probably would have a greater effect!! It definitely works the muscles as I can see and feel them moving. It’s also really convenient and can be worn round the house, getting ready for work, watching TV etc. I’ll definitely keep using it and start trying to add in the exercise and healthy eating too!
Kerry’s third week using Slendertone Abs
Well it is 3 weeks into my slendertone use now and I am really starting to see a difference, also I am noticing that I can really increase the pressure more and more. It is so easy to use as it just works around what I am doing and therefore is no hassle at all! I can really feel a difference in my stomach tone – especially down the sides, it is great – I cannot recommend it enough for ease of use, results and overall convenience. Even my husband likes to have a go on it every now and again and he too says how great it is!
Carmels fourth week using Slendertone Abs
My forth week, I have cranked up the power and my god you can feel the difference, I
Think I am beginning to get a bit of shape now. I am also trying to be good and eat healthy and drink lots of water. It is much better than going to the boring gym; you can do it anyway any time. I did mine this week whilst I was watering the garden so I felt like I was doing double gym. I have told my friends about Slendertone and they are very enthusiastic and Said they would go and buy one.
This week I have not been as good as I am feeling unwell, so I haven’t used my slendertone
Much however I still think that even the few times I used it has made a difference I can definitely feel my stomach is flatter. Once I feel better I will be up to speed again. Two of my friends have now started using slendertone and are really getting into the swing of it. One had the old type of slendertone belt and thinks the new version is much better. Any better sign off now.
Johns fourth week using Slendertone Abs
This is now my fourth week using slendertone. The results are surprisingly good. I have lost an inch and a half off my waistline. My stomach feels much tighter and it has helped me to kickstart a healthy routine. I will continue using slendertone and will consider buying other slendertone products in the future.
Niamh’s fourth week using Slendertone Abs
I’m a little bit addicted to my belt at this stage, I actually wore it six times this week although you only need to wear it for five. I’m going on a beach holiday on Sunday and when I went shopping for a bikini I didn’t do my usual hold in my stomach pose in the changing room. Instead I was actually impressed with the shape of my waist. While I was never fat before, my stomach was bloated and I had a muffin top when I sat down. Now there are two noticeably defined lines down my waist, so it looks feminine without being too muscly (no six pack for me thanks). I use my belt now at a rate of 70 for 30 minutes because I’m happy with the way I look now and I don’t want to get any more toned. Once you get the hang of the belt it’s really easy to use and fit into a hectic lifestyle, much easier than having to fit an abs crunch routine into a jam packed day.
Sarah’s third week using Slendertone Abs
After a number of weeks I’m definitely beginning to see the difference I’ve managed to work my way up to 80 and my stomach seems a bit more toned and it’s stronger as I’m able to do a lot more sit ups.
I’m sticking with my routine of using it 5 times a week for 30 minutes at a time. I’ll start off easy enough and then work my way up to about level 80. I find it easy enough to use while cooking dinner or ironing but if I work it up to the highest level I generally have to sit down.

Kerrys second week using Slendertone Abs
I am loving the slendertone, it really just fits in with my everyday life – I wear it whilst doing the cooking for my evening meal, ironing and even once whilst walking the dog! It is so easy to use and I have really started to see results……. My waist feels more toned and I feel slimmer! I would recommend to anyone!
