Natalies’s fourth week using Slendertone Abs

This week I have worn the slender tone almost every day. I have increased the intensity to a nearly uncomfortable level but I am eager to see results. I can feel my stomach muscles tensing when the slender tone is on. I have noticed a more firmer shape to my stomach and together with exercise and a healthy diet I think that there has been an improvement.
While using the slender tone I have felt that it is helping me reach my goal that I set for the wedding in May.
It has helped me slim down slightly and feel more confident in my bikini!

Natalie’s third week using Slendertone Abs

I have been using the slender tone alot more this week to see an improvement and I am so happy with the difference. I actually like the feeling of the impulses because I know that they are working on my stomach! I need to buy new pads but it said that in the manual and unless they are hard to find its a small price to pay for the difference I am noticing.

I am going to start using it at a higher intensity because the impulses dont bother me and the more effect the better. I am hoping that the slender tone keeps working for me along with my daily exercise and Im beginning to depend on it!

Natalie’s second week of using Slendertone Abs

This week I upped the level of impulses alot to get a more effective feeling. My stomach feels more toned and although I havent physically noticed differences, I can feel the difference. I havent used the slender tone enough this week as I was away and didnt bring it with me but after feeling a difference I will be using it alot more frequently to see the difference.
Im going to a wedding the end of May and am hoping I will see a huge difference by then, so that is my motivation to use my slendertone alot more!

Natalie’s first week using Slendertone Abs

I have been using my Slender tone since last Thursday, 31st of March. The first time I used it, I used the guidance from the introduction leaflet. I set the level to 10 for twenty minutes and then moved it up to 15 for ten minutes. I could only feel the vibrations on one side of my stomach and was worried it was not working correctly. The next day I didn’t feel any different but I do walk daily and I presume the more I use it and the higher the intensity the more effect it will have.

I have used it three times since then and the vibrations are now on both sides. I don’t feel it in the middle but perhaps that comes when I adjust the voltage to a higher level. I am hoping that the slender tone will flatten my stomach as this is my one problem area and although I eat a balanced diet I still feel this area needs work.

Hopefully by next week I will feel some difference in my muscle tone.
