Rob’s fourth week using Slendertone Abs
The Slendertone Abs belt has changed from being a chore to being part of my routine. I’m using it while cooking in the evening, when playing on the Xbox and when away from home with work. It’s not the complete exercise package, but it has left me feeling more energetic and has made me more aware of my posture. It keeps me ticking over when I can’t get out running or to the gym. Definitely a good way to ease back into an exercise program if you, like me, have been taking it a little too easy for the past couple of years

Week 3
The Slendertone seems to be helping my posture and making in-roads on the six pack (although I’m aware that with a body fat percentage in the low 20′s I’m not likely to see a six pack without changing other aspects of my diet and fitness program). I’ve been using the belt on the early programs and at pretty high intensity levels, so feeling pretty smug about that I started on the 6th program expecting it to be a walk in the park. Wrong! This program changes the timings of the pulses and is far harder. I can see this and the higher programs are going to keep me working for sometime to come.

Week 2
Having used the belt for a while now it seems pretty good. I’m away with work a fair amount, the slendertone is allowing me to exercise and read through work notes at the same time. It’s a change of pace as I would normally not have the opportunity to do any real exercise while I’m away. The only issue I had was a tingling sensation in one of my legs which caused a few moments of concern, on reading the manual properly I found I’d just placed the belt too low.
Rob’s first week using Slendertone Abs
Week 1
The slendertone belt turned up this week. Out of the box there was the standard wait while the battery charged for the first time. I took the opportunity to flick through the manual, the setup was easy enough.
Attach the gel pads to the belt in the places indicated and then attach the battery pack. The next part was a little less obvious, after turning on the system and choosing the program you then have to ramp up the power setting on each side. Once you know how it’s easy enough to do. The belt does tingle and it is quite a strange feeling seeing your muscles contract without you willing them to.
