Davina’s second week using Slendertone Abs

I have been continuing to use my Slendertone in the evenings. The only time I don’t use it is when I get home and am going straight to bed. It’s quite portable and slim but I still don’t think I would want to go out in it, so for me it’s only for home-use.

I haven’t been to the gym in the last week because I have a bit of a running injury, so it’s good to be able to use the slendertone from home.

I can see the results are continuing, my core feels a little more toned week by week.

Mark’s second week using Slendertone Abs

Into my second week now, had a few issues with the machine there, with tingling in my legs, just had to move the pads in a bit more, maybe it shows that me waist has shrunk a bit. Up to level 5 program now and finding it gives a good work out, also up to 90 / 95 in the intensity. I find I need to do it twice a day to feel that I got a good work out, but have found that I’m able to do more crunches now and my stomach muscles are a lot tighter. Hard to say on the defined front, but we will see at the end of the 4 weeks. Aim to push up to intensity level 99 this week, just a bit worried that I will want a harder work out, but I will be up to the maximum level.

Kerry’s third week using Slendertone Abs

Well it is 3 weeks into my slendertone use now and I am really starting to see a difference, also I am noticing that I can really increase the pressure more and more. It is so easy to use as it just works around what I am doing and therefore is no hassle at all! I can really feel a difference in my stomach tone – especially down the sides, it is great – I cannot recommend it enough for ease of use, results and overall convenience. Even my husband likes to have a go on it every now and again and he too says how great it is!

Kerrys second week using Slendertone Abs

I am loving the slendertone, it really just fits in with my everyday life – I wear it whilst doing the cooking for my evening meal, ironing and even once whilst walking the dog! It is so easy to use and I have really started to see results……. My waist feels more toned and I feel slimmer! I would recommend to anyone!

Carmels third week using Slendertone Abs

This is my third week I have had my slendertone. The first week I used it but I didn’t for the next week as I was away but I have started using it again and have been for a 2 weeks. It is easy to assemble together and once this is done the first time everything stays in place. First off it felt funny on my stomach but then the more I used it and got used to it, I found that I was able to increase the power quite quickly. It is very easy to use and it hides under your clothes. No one realised I had it on. You can do other things while wearing eg cleaning or even watch TV. I can’t say that I have noticed a huge difference on my stomach as yet but I will keep on trying

Gabi’s second week of using Slendertone Abs

After having a few technical issues with my Slendertone, I am now on my 2nd week of using it. I was having an issue where it was acting as if it had no power. After emailing Slendertone they advised me to just clean the metal buttons underneath the pads and this has solved the issue. The information booklet is very handy though and I was able to find many solutions and helpful hints as to why it was behaving that way.

I am gently getting used to the sensation of the electrodes and am already up to level 60 which I am pleased about. It is very motivating to see how many sessions you have done and the highest level you have reached when you first turn it on. The best advise I can give when using Slendertone is to stay still and relaxed-I didn’t enjoy walking around with it on..but maybe with time I will get used to it.

I look forward to increasing the levels each time I use it and within a few weeks I am hoping to have doubled the level I am currently on.

Ann’s second week using Slendertone Abs

I have managed to add the Slendertine to my routine, it is perfectly comfortable and fits and sits well

I am not sure about results yet – my clothes size has not changed but I am telling myself it is working! I am sure it is having a positive result and I am sure there is more firmness, it will just take a little longer

I shall continue with the Slendertone and hope that positive changes are about to take place

Neils second week using Slendertone Abs

Oops…delay in posting. I have been travelling on business which has delayed my second posting. Normally if I was reporting upon my exercise regime while travelling it would be short and sweet …. No time and little opportunity, equals relapse, but due to the portability of the belt I was able to pack it and carry it with me. With further inspiration from the belles and beaus on the beach, oh yes, my business trip was to Cape Town, South Africa :) I was able to continue my sessions.

I still have not managed to get into a routine for my sessions; it ranges from early morning while rushing around getting ready for work, or while I unwind in the late evening once I have returned home. I am still managing an average of 4 sessions a week at 30 mins a time and can feel an improvement, but no visible sign yet, but I am sure it will come … I hope. Combined with a healthy eating diet to trim down slightly I am convinced that I will be happy with the results. Unfortunately, time pressures of work have meant that the gym visits have taken a back seat recently which I am sure will slow down attaining the results I seek, but I am committed to return ASAP.

Still working with Slendertone not doing as much as I would like at least 3 times a week

I feel fine but to be honest I’m not having the results I have been expected yet.

Niamh’s second week using Slendertone Abs

Very proud of myself, I started the week on Monday with 20 minutes on my Slendertone abs system at a rate of 50. I hardly noticed I was wearing it while I was cooking my dinner so I decided to take the abs belt out into the great outdoors on Tuesday. Putting the belt on under a baggy hoody (luckily it is still cold enough in Ireland for baggy jumpers) I put on my runners and went for a brisk 20 minute walk keeping the rate at 50. I’m hoping the combination of the cardio and the belt will speed up the process of shrinking my stomach. I didn’t get a chance to use the belt on Wednesday, and I knew I wouldn’t get a chance on Thursday evening, so I put it on during my lunch break in the bathroom and sat at my desk in work with it on. Nobody was the wiser and because I was sitting down I decided to put the rate up to 60 for 30 minutes. I did this again on Friday, and Saturday I went for gold and walked for 30 minutes with the belt on at a rate of 60. I have definitely seen an improvement in my stomach. Because I am putting so much effort into flattening my tummy I am making a conscious effort to pull in my muscles when I am walking around or when I’m sitting down and I can feel my stomach pushing against my trousers. My black work trousers which were once a comfy fit are now a lot looser. I can fit two fingers side by side down the side of the trousers so there has definitely been a reduction in my waistline.
