Sheila’s fourth week using Slendertone Abs
Sunday – Did a double session to-day as I am so pleased to be feeling lighter.
Monday – Did another session to-day, even though my muscles were aching, but am determined to get a flatter stomach in time for my vacation.
Tuesday – Had a rest day.
Thursday – Did another double session, am increasing the strength little by little and am getting used to it being stronger.
Friday – Am feeling unwell to-day, bad cold, sore throat and headache so had a rest day.
Saturday – still unwell, but did a session as I now feel guilty if I stop! Will continue using the belt as I feel better afterwards and am watching my diet carefully.
Sheila’s third week using Slendertone Abs
Sunday – Was away for the weekend but took my belt with me. Am now using it on fairly high and getting more and more used to the sensation.
Monday – Did it in the car on my way back home to-day – it is great that is is so flexible and can be used anywhere.
Tuesday – Am really starting to feel and see a difference – I have been dieting as well and going for fast walks – so the combination seems to be having a good effect.
Thursday – Had a rest day.
Friday – Am very pleased to find an old pair of skinny jeans now fit very well again.
Saturday – Had a rest day to-day, but am feeling much fitter!
Sheila’s second week using Slendertone Abs
Sunday – Felt like speeding things up a bit so did two sessions to-day one in the morning and one in the evening. Am now upping the speed and can really feel it.
Monday – Had a rest day to-day as it felt a bit painful around my ribs – think I might have overdone it a bit yesterday.
Tuesday – Did my session to-day on quite a high programme, I am getting used to the sensation – my skin was quite red afterwards and a bit itchy – I find the sticky pads a bit yucky.
Wednesday – Am persisting – did another session to-day, but my measurements have not changed. Am also power walking to keep the momentum going.
Thursday – Had a rest day.
Friday – Did a strong session to-day. Am determined to get a smaller waist for my upcoming holiday.
Saturday – Have very achy muscles to-day so had a rest day and a very hot bath which helped with the aches. Still, as they say, no pain, no gain.
Sheila’s first week using Slendertone Abs
Sunday – Set up system and attached pads ready to go, then realised that I hadn’t charged it up! Put it on charge for three house and did first session. Didn’t feel anything.
Monday – Did second session on programme 1 as instructed in the instruction book, but still didn’t feel anything.
Tuesday – Decided to up the ante – and put it on programme 3 – felt a tingling sensation in waves, so guess I need it a bit higher.
Wednesday – Did the higher programme again and increased the strength during the session, could now really feel it. Skin a bit pink afterwards.
Thursday – Had a rest day as felt a slight ache in my stomach muscles
Friday – Really felt it at this session – and am beginning to think it might make a difference.
Have measured myself but no difference in waist yet. However it is having a good phsycological effect in that I am eating less and also doing power walks, so the whole lot combined should definitely have a positive effect!
Saturday – Another rest day as muscles felt sore!
