Shelley’s fourth week using Slendertone Abs
My final week of using Slendertone went by smoothly, my belt has become part of my daily routine and hence is not viewed as a ‘chore’ as I previously viewed all forms of exercise but merely part of my daily commute. I feel much more toned and it was completed with compliments from family members who I had not seen me in a few weeks which was great!! I am officially converted and will be using my Slendertone daily. For the first time I feel confident about my waist and not trying to find baggy clothes to hide the muffin edges. Thank you for giving me back my confidenc
e and being proud of my female figure again!
Shelley’s third week using Slendertone Abs
This week was slightly more of a challenge from a motivational side, I suppose post holiday lull and being back in reality didn’t help. It felt a bit more of a chore then it did the first two weeks but I managed to work it into my commute to and from work and found that helped a lot! I commute from Putney to Slough everyday and I found strapping on my machine when I got in the car on the way home actually weirdly made the traffic not annoy me as much. I hate traffic and find it the biggest waste of time being idle. But having my machine going meant I wasn’t ‘idle’. It was also very rewarding to note that it only took half the journey home to complete my session and I was killing two birds with one stone. By the time I reached home the chores of the day were over and I could out my feet and relax or meet friends. I upped the pulsage gradually to 60 and maintained 30minute sessions.
Shelley’s second week using Slendertone Abs
This week I actually had a trip booked for the Easter weekend to Florence and Tuscany. Initially I was concerned about how my Slendertone machine was going to fit into the trip and would be a nuisance and potentially ruin my holiday but I threw it in my hold luggage and thought we’ll see how we go.
I was pleasantly surprised. Either as I prepared for a day of sight seeing or came home to relax after a day of Wine touring the Chianti region or a Tuscan cooking class, it wasn’t a big deal to strap on my Slendertone. I upped the pulsage to 45 and remained at a 30 minute session. The best part was I didn’t feel guilty about all the pizza and ice cream I consumed

Shelley’s First week using Slendertone Abs
When I heard about working my abs while doing nothing, I thought finally Utopia has been discovered!! After opening my machine box, I was a little unsure about the gel like sticky pads that were to stick to my stomach and all the boxes and parts…
But I was pleasantly surprised at how simple set up. Literally took two minutes! The sensations from the electric pulses were strange at first and I was aware of the machine while it was on. But as I progressed through the week, I noticed that once I started my session I would be busy doing things around the house or cooking and not realise my session had ended until I was finished my chore. Definitely could feel my abs had been worked, which was a nice feeling. Very motivating.
