Suzanne’s fourth week using Slendertone Abs
The 4th week of Toning: Fourth week has been a struggle. Increased to level 75/75 and felt rather uncomfortable. Maybe the pads have been slightly worn I had to pause a couple of times to adjust the belt. Reduced it down to a slightly lower level and finished till the end of the session. Decided to try another session and much easier to get a higher level the second time round. Continued this for the week.
At the end of the fourth week there is a slight improvement that I noticed the stomach is firmer.
Suzanne’s third week using Slendertone Abs
3rd Week of Toning: Finished level 3 last week and encountered some slight problems. Not sure whether the pads are worn. I have been doing level 70/70 and there was a tingling feeling, stopped it three times and readjusted the pad.
I am determined to stick to the trial as I will be going on holidays shortly. I do sense a slight improvement but not much. Maybe when I finish the 4 week trial this might show a better result. I am looking forward to see how I get on the last week.
Suzanne’s second week using Slendertone Abs
Second week session is going well. On Monday started on 60/60 for an hour. Felt abit of sensation on the legs, paused the session and readjusted the belt.
Second day increased it to 65/65, again for an hour.
Third day rested.
Fourth day increased to 70/70. No problems except at the beginning feeling the intensity is slightly strong but bearable.
Fifth day I decided to stay on same intensity .
Saturday is always a busy day and decided to give it a rest.
Suzanne’s first week of using the Slendertone Abs system
This is much more efficient than the Flex Abs where the battery compartment was very awkward and difficult to put in and take out the batteries. You could feel the signals much stronger. I haven’t used the Slender Tone Flex Abs for a couple of years
First day I found it irritates my skin and feel abit sore. As the days progressed it has disappeared. I can’t see any improvement first week which is expected.
