Niamh’s third week using Slendertone Abs
I can definitely see a difference in my stomach, before when I lay on my side my stomach would kind of fall to one side but it stays in place now because of my new muscle tone. I was going away for the weekend so I used my Slendertone Monday to Friday for 30 minutes going from a rate of 60 on Monday and Tuesday to a rate of 70 on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I’ve actually incorporated wearing the belt it into a new healthy routine. It takes exactly 30 minutes to walk into work and up the five flights of stairs (I used to take the lift), so I decided to kill two birds with one stone and wear the belt during my new morning ritual. I think that mixing walking with the belt increases its benefits rather than just wearing it while you’re watching TV.
Carmels third week using Slendertone Abs
This is my third week I have had my slendertone. The first week I used it but I didn’t for the next week as I was away but I have started using it again and have been for a 2 weeks. It is easy to assemble together and once this is done the first time everything stays in place. First off it felt funny on my stomach but then the more I used it and got used to it, I found that I was able to increase the power quite quickly. It is very easy to use and it hides under your clothes. No one realised I had it on. You can do other things while wearing eg cleaning or even watch TV. I can’t say that I have noticed a huge difference on my stomach as yet but I will keep on trying
Catherines third week using Slendertone Abs
My third week has been great with my Slendertone, my new best friend. I have been using the programme number two at around 40 and have found this very good.
Now I have moved onto programme three for my third week. This was more difficult to use ands I could really feel it working and I really feel that it is toning me up. I cant see any visable signs but I can feel it my self. My tummy is alot firmer and I feel better for it, knowing that I am achieving a firmer tummy with my slendertone.
I do think I could use it more often but I am sticking with the guidelines for first time users as I know myself I am unfit and I dont want to push myself to fast. I used my slendertone while commuting this week and thought it was a great time to use it as I cant do much else on the train
All is going well and I looking forward to trying programme for this coming week, I will post how it all goes.
Brendan’s third week using Slendertone Abs
I have been using the Slendertone almost 3 weeks now. I tend to use it a lot more during the week and less at weekends as i have less free time then. I am now changing the setting levels most of the time and trying to see how much i can do without it being uncomfortable. I have been very surprised with the results. My stomach now feels so much firmer when i am not tensing and i have noticed a change in definition. I love it because i can watch tv while using the slendertone and the fact that it doesnt make any noice means i am not annoying anyone around me! So far so good.
Dan’s third week using Slendertone Abs
Well here I am again, back with my report on the 3rd week of using the Slendertone belt. I have now reached the maximum limit on the belt (level 99), and as mentioned in my last post to help develop on progress I have been using the belt while going to the gym doing various workouts. This has certainly intensified the pressure on the abs, and I am finding it a lot easier to do sit ups and crunches. I have not done another test to see how many sit ups/crunches I can do – but the aim was to reach 400 in one go, once I have reached the end of the 4 week program. However with the extremely good weather we are getting it is hard to have the inspiration to go to the gym lately (twice in a week so far). I am still using the belt twice a day, and certainly feels easier performing crunches and sit ups improving overall endurance, so Slendertone have got it right so far.
In the next week I hope to continue using the belt twice a day and continue to go to the gym or workout at the same time, and fingers crossed I will reach my target of 400 by the end of the week.
Aaron’s third week using Slendertone Abs
After getting back from holiday I was a bit sunburnt so didn’t use the belt for a couple of days. I could see the difference – my stomach began losing it’s definition quite quickly. So, I put it on the third day but because I hadn’t used it it was a bit painful having it on maximum. It felt good to use it again though and I could see the difference the next day. Used it daily for the rest of the week after that as usual.
Lisa’s third week using Slendertone Abs
After the first 3 weeks Ive got a bit lazy about using the belt but ive started again and ive managed to work up on the levels again. Ive been using it while going out walking and I am starting to see the results. Im getting more consious about what im eating. Iv been using it about 3 or 4 times a week. I just need to keep to the routine but i have to admit that i tend to loose interest after a while. I just need to keep telling myself to put the slendertone on every second day as it only takes half an hour.
Nick’s third week using Slendertone Abs
After using the belt for a couple of weeks now, I can feel the action working and my stomach does feel tighter. I’m trying to keep myself doing it as often as possible, seeing as it’s pretty easy to do. Have also stepped up the amount of running I’m doing to try to come at it from both directions. Aiming to lose a stone and a half within the space of 3 months so that is the goal!
I’m up to next to full strength most days, but it does get quite tough – not painful, just… sharp at times! That’s the best way to describe it.
Owens third week using Slendertone Abs
This week I’ve upped the level and the frequency of the sessions – was out a couple of nights but still had 5 sessions. The belt is DEFINITLY starting to work. Again the rippling six-pack may still be a while off but my stomach feels firmer and tighter. I’ve noticed shirts and t-shirts fitting better and hanging better. It’s weird but that little improvement has prompted me into doing more. I’m watching my diet and trying to do a bit of exercise. No point in having improved muscle tone if it’s still being camouflaged by a beer belly!!
Michelle’s third week using Slendertone Abs
the 3rd week went well, i didn’t get the chance to use it every day but i noticed i was able to really increase the strength of the contractions. my stomach is noticeably more toned.
