Natalie’s first week using Slendertone Abs
I have been using my Slender tone since last Thursday, 31st of March. The first time I used it, I used the guidance from the introduction leaflet. I set the level to 10 for twenty minutes and then moved it up to 15 for ten minutes. I could only feel the vibrations on one side of my stomach and was worried it was not working correctly. The next day I didn’t feel any different but I do walk daily and I presume the more I use it and the higher the intensity the more effect it will have.
I have used it three times since then and the vibrations are now on both sides. I don’t feel it in the middle but perhaps that comes when I adjust the voltage to a higher level. I am hoping that the slender tone will flatten my stomach as this is my one problem area and although I eat a balanced diet I still feel this area needs work.
Hopefully by next week I will feel some difference in my muscle tone.
